What kind of exercise can I do with my dog and the amount of dry food to eat?
November last year took in a malnourished beagle / rat terrier mix that I found in my garden. In the time it was 2 pounds more than my mini doxie 9 lbs. He is now 20 pounds! Looks like a big Tootsie Roll. I'm serious too big for its body. I will take him to the vet next paycheck, but what I can do get an advantage? How much dry food and what are some good exercises (apart from walking obvious)? He also sleeps most of the day / night. He enjoys playing with other dogs, however. All 4 of my other Dogs are perfect weights are almost pure muscle. My vet always compliments them, so this is definitely an outsider.
